The 8,5 hectare estate and the immediate vicinity of Monte Maravilhas offer ample of opportunity for a hiking holiday Portugal with diverse hiking trips. In hilly Alentejo Portugal you walk on goath and sandy paths alongside streams, mills and orchards through forests and picturesque Portuguese villages. A trip to the Atlantic west coast is included in the programme.

A group hiking tour in September in the middle of harvest time of grapes, olives and figs. The fruits from the strawberry tree, from which the Portuguese medronho is made, is also harvested. September is also the month of the shooting stars. It is still possible to swim during the day temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius (68-77 degrees Fahrenheit).
